Awaiting A Hearing In Putnam Circuit Court

A Putnam County man is back in the Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, in Barboursville.
Charles Hunter Turley, 20, of Hometown, was admitted Tuesday, June 11th, 2013. Officials booked and photographed him at 12:20 p.m., according to the jail's web site.
In a Notice To Hold, signed by West Virginia Probation officer Ray Herbert, Turley allegedly admitted to using marijuana while on bond-pending his sentencing hearing.
A felon, Turley is convicted of Fraudulent Schemes, according to court records, after a hearing before Putnam Circuit Judge Phillip M. Stowers. Turley was arrested in January of 2013.
Turley's Putnam Circuit Court case number is: 12F, 102.
