Held In Western Regional Jail Pending Bond
A Putnam County woman took a trip to jail, Saturday, after her arrest on misdemeanor charges, jail records state.
Tammy Elaine Kelley, 38, of Frazier's Bottom, was arrested September 22nd 2012 by Trooper J. A. Vanhoose of the West Virginia State Police Winfield Detachment.

The crimes were allegedly committed Friday, August 3rd, 2012.
After her arrest, Kelley was transported to the Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, in Barboursville. Officials booked and photographed her at 7:35 p.m., according to the jail's web site.
During a hearing, Kelley's bond was set, at $5,000, by Putnam County Senior Status Magistrate Marva Crouch court records state.
Kelley's Putnam County Magistrate Court case numbers are: 12M, 1546 and 1862.
