Accused Of Violating A Term Of His Probation
A Putnam County man is back in the Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, in Barboursville.
Roger Wesley Gilmore, 27, was admitted Thursday, April 5th, 2012. Officials booked and photographed him at 3:15 p.m., according to the jail's web site.
According to jail records, Gilmore is accused of violating an undisclosed term of his probation. The Notice to Hold is signed by Nena Hopkins.
A felon, Gilmore pleaded guilty to an information for Sexual Abuse, First Degree, before Putnam Circuit Judge Orville C. "Hobby" Spaulding, August 22nd, 2008, court records state.
On January 16th, 2009, Spaulding sentenced Gilmore to a term of 1-5 years in a West Virginia prison, with credit for 562 days of time already served in jail. Gilmore also received a term of 15 years of supervised release.
Gilmore's Putnam Circuit Court case number is: 08F, 74.
