Admitted Using Meth And Pot While On Probation
A Putnam County man is being held in the Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, in Barboursville.
Robert Stephen Childers, 40, of Winfield, was admitted Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012. Officials booked and photographed at 3:30 p.m., according to the jail's web site.
The Notice to Hold is signed by Ryan Muth. It states that Childers "Signed a voluntary statement on 1-3-12 admitting to his use of alcohol, marijuana, methamphetamine and Opana on 12-31-11." All of that activity is against Childers' probation terms.
A felon, Childers is convicted of Attempt to Manufacture jail records state.
Childers' Putnam County Circuit Court case number is: 10F, 116.
