Held In Western Regional Jail Pending Bond
A pair of Putnam County residents took a trip to jail, Thursday, after their arrests on a felony drug charge, jail records state.
Heather Jo Gritt, 29, and Bart Lee Martin, 43, both of School Lane Apartments, Red House, were arrested December 29th, 2011 by D.A. Hammond of the Putnam County Sheriff's Department.
According to jail records, Gritt is charged with:
Martin is charged with felony Possession With Intent to Deliver Opana.
After their arrests, Gritt and Martine were transported to the Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, in Barboursville. Officials booked and photographed then at 8:10 p.m., according to the jail's web site.
During a hearing, their bond was set at $25,000, each, by Putnam County Chief Magistrate Kylene Dunlap-Brown, jail records state.
Gritt's Putnam County Magistrate Court case numbers are: 11F, 577 and 11M, 2511. Martin's is 11F, 578.
