Held On $500 Bond At Western Regional Jail
A Putnam County man took a trip to jail Sunday after his arrest on a misdemeanor charge, jail records state.
Andrew Paul Litton, 34, of Marina Park, Hurricane, was busted March 20th, 2011, by West Virginia State Police Trooper D. Bennett. Litton is charged with Public Intoxication-2nd Offense, according to jail records.
According to court documents, Litton was arrested at Grand View Ridge, in Red House.
After his arrest, Litton was transported to the Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, in Barboursville. Officials booked and photographed him at 12:05 p.m.
Litton's mug shot was not on the jail's web site until the next morning.
During a hearing, Litton's bond was set at $500, by Putnam County Magistrate Linda J. Hunt, jail records state.
Litton's Putnam County Magistrate Court case number is: 11M, 536.
